Text Message Notification

Everything else stays the same, all you need to do is order your medicines as normal or through the NHS app.

Once your prescription has been dispensed we will send you a text message to notify you your prescription is ready to collect.

How to sign up

1. Tell your pharmacy team that you want to use our text notification service.
2. We’ll check that we have the right phone number for you.
   If someone else usually collects your prescription, we can text them instead. You need to get their permission first.
3. You’ll get a text message telling you when your medication is ready for collection.
